I am pleased to announce the release of Fuffy version 2.1.1.

Version 2.1.1 incorporates bug fixes in the Score Sheet and in

entering keyboard shortcuts. The Score Sheet can now only be shown in

a multi-player game, while command-keystrokes entered while the dice

are rolling no longer result in score entry into an inappropriate

category.

Fuffy is a simple yet addictive multiplayer dice game for the

Macintosh, similar to yahtzee, yatzee, kniffel or yacht. The aim of

the game is to make scoring combinations of dice, by selectively

rolling a set of five dice.

Features of Fuffy include: full 68K compatibility, multiplayer

capability (up to four players at one time), a hints function to help

you play, ability to undo your moves, keyboard shortcuts, a floating

Score Sheet, a Hall of Fame to record high scores, fun sounds, a

customisable interface, full balloon help, and Fuffy is intuitive and

easy to use. Comprehensive help is provided by way of HTML files,

which take advantage of (but do not require) Apple Help technology.

Further features available in the registered version include full

keyboard shortcuts, auto hints (where hints come on automatically

after every roll) and automatic rolling of the dice at the start of

every round.

Fuffy is distributed as shareware, with a single player licence fee of US$15.

"Fuffy is...thoughtfully and elegantly designed...And if

you're like me, this one will bring back good memories of

afternoons at Grandma's. Seriously" - MacWorld GameSpace July 2000
