Problem Tracker 1.1 is Help Desk or Tech Support Software. It helps users
track clients, their problems, and any actions taken on those problems.
Features include: extensive reports, exportable statistics and is fully
customizable in FileMaker. It does *not* need FileMaker to run - it is a
standalone product. $20 shareware.
