Whoopie is a freeware utility that allows you to customize your
Finder menu. It provides options for assigning Cmd-E to Empty Trash
and assigning Cmd-K to Shutdown. It also lets you customize the name
of your Special menu (to Whoopie, LeFreak, or most anything else you
desire).
