(Not for typical system or control panel extensions.)

FinderCmds - is a control panel that allows you to perform basic Finder commands from anywhere through user-defined "hot" keys. FinderCmds supports the following
operations: Quit all applications but the finder. Restart the computer (through software, not hardware). Shutdown the computer. Put the computer to sleep
FinderCmds also allows you to empty the trash through shift-command-backspace.
