"I wish I'd be able to peek into the contents of this file, without having
to wait for my word processor to launchŠ" I think there are a lot of people
out there, who think like me. And if you do so, too, you should use
AddBalloonApp: Add AddBalloonApp puts the beginning of any text file or
text clipping into a balloon help resource for it or into its Finder
comment.

€€€How do I use it?
Drag and drop a text file or text clipping you'd like to add balloon help
or a Finder comment to. Additionally hold the following modifier keys to
modify its behavior.
³Delete³: Delete balloon help.
³Command³: Display a dialog to edit balloon help.
³Ctrl³: Add a Finder comment.
