Create a new ps3 account and level up to 50 and stay there!!!! (note this is 4 noobs!) You will make your way and earn all perks and killstreaks,weapons. Remeber that you must upgrade perks! I have 2 accounts. 1 high prestige and one stuck on 50 and 0 prestige but all perks and stuff.
