The internal and external Microphones give no signal in the input level. Skype test failed and that happened all of a sudden.
Mac info: Mac OS X 10.6.8
I would appreciate some advice.

Hello I got the iMac Mac OS X
version 10.5.5
I just recently got Final Cut Pro and it said the Mac OS X version should be at leas 10.5.6
every time I update the software- Which it will be insalling 12 items
just when the Configuring installation starts it freezes. :/
How can I fix that-or Why this ...
