We agree but that was not the point of the Apple tech. He stated that certain apps that he was able to name did not shut down even though closed an another app is opened. This surprised me since this sounds like multi-tasking. This is of course an error.

We went to the Apple store. They told us that we had 3 apps still running when shut down and this was causing the shortened battery life.

It amazes me as well!

The Internet works well. We are in Atlanta. But voice has some echoing issues.
