You are quite correct. I have a PowerBook G4 - An error on my part due to running a range of old Macintosh Laptops and mistyping the model.

Here we go - (I added this picture via the boards Attachment feature) - If you have Tiger you can run Classic and that should be what you need to run your Mac OS9 application.

Your LCIII is not going to be much use on the internet to be honest - I did set up an LC475 (a similar Mac) - Which was great - Ran System 7.5.5 like a dream - Tried with MacOS 7.6.1 to get online but ...

Probably not much help but on your link, like you I get the photos but the You Tube video does say, 'This video is private' Although I do see a black rectangle typical of a You Tube video.

My Flash version: You have version 24,0,0,221 installed- Safari Version 10.0.3 (11602.4.8.0.1) - El Capitan ...

...also, if you do have Word 98, you could choose; Use Word 5.1 Menus

But they not be what you are after.
