sorry, hub intellinet, with static ip address

Hi,

i've got a problem on network.
running 3 mac mini lion, open server in one and client in other 2.
client doesn't find the server.
tested with hub intelligent ( professional solution ) with automatic ip address - no way - but i can ping every machine.
tested with a belkin router with dhcp ...
